Cait Conley, a combat veteran and national security expert, will be facing Republican incumbent Mike Lawler for Congressional District 17 after winning the Democratic primary.
With 98.2 percent of districts reported as of this morning, Conley received 48.87 percent of votes, while Beth Davidson received 31.46 percent, Effie Phillips-Staley received 15.08 percent, and John Capello and Michael Sacks received 1.59 percent.
