Westchester County Legislator Emiljana Ulaj endorsed Cait Conley for Congress in New York’s 17th Congressional District. Legislator Ulaj is a representative of District 9, which encompasses the Towns of Cortlandt and Ossining, and the Villages of Briarcliff, Buchanan, Croton, and Ossining.
